La Sombra envisions a space that can be a hub of community, a source of enrichment, and a beacon of kindness and empathy. We know first-hand how kids can succeed in all facets of personhood under the IDEA teaching model, and we owe it to our students and parents to be able to carry on IDEA’s legacy forward by building on the innovation and love that surrounds our community.
